October 2008

Welcome to the first day of October, my favorite month of the year.

The above photo is the view from our kitchen window, a large maple tree advertising the fact that autumn has arrived.

Much to do and the clock is ticking very loudly.

    Wow! What a vibrant tree, already! Despite the early onset of cool temperatures here in the central midwest, I've only noticed a very few tree's that are starting to change color. Then again I also work nights and sleep during the day!
