New Skull Armatures for 2010

Spent the last day or so developing a new skull armature technique made from recycled cardboard...total time about 20 minutes and total cost under 50 cents....sturdy and detailed, ready for coating with papier mache, monster mud or fiberglass...fast, easy and inexpensive.

Those are really something, the way you put them together. These are for your display in 2010 or are you making up kits?

Thanks so much. That is incredibly helpful....makes it look more possibly and less like "magic" :D Thanks for being so generous!

Cheers!

Awesome even faster than my foil method. I am making a huge batch of skulls (70/100 estimated)for several projects. some of which are a group of grim reapers with skulls around the base. I have a batch (see my blog) ready for the first grim reaper which i should be starting next week or so. For the other skulls/projects though i might just try your method out & see how it works out for me. You never cease to amaze awesome stuff.

I can see that you are useing part of the technique for the face from your "balloon" skull. Do you have any still pics of you putting these together for those of us who are artistically handicapped?
